In Scrum there are meetings which are an opportunity for teams, management and stakeholders to align.

There are four main types of meetings which we call Scrum Events (sometimes also referred to as Scrum ceremonies) that teams participate in. The four meetings include:

  1. Sprint Planning
  2. Daily Stand Up
  3. Sprint Review
  4. Sprint Retrospective

Each meeting has a different purpose, all of which play a key role in the progress and success of the product development. To find out more about these meetings, please take a look at the Scrum Events page.
