As a change management consultant, I have been helping organisations become more agile for many years in response to increasing complexity and unpredictability. This often requires new ways of organising and leading, such as less hierarchy, more network-based structures, decision-making closer to where the work is done, and greater employee involvement. Agility is not just about structures and processes, but also about ownership, collaboration, and creating meaningful, enjoyable work.
These changes are rarely easy, but they are increasingly unavoidable. Together with my colleagues, I support organisations throughout this transition, working step by step to embed sustainable change capabilities. The goal is always to help clients become self-sufficient, so that we eventually step back and remain involved only as occasional sparring partners.
My approach focuses on three closely connected areas: change management, leadership, and organisational structure. Depending on the situation, I act as a client lead, chair of a change team, trainer, or trusted advisor. What drives me is helping organisations achieve their goals through open dialogue, a clear sense of direction, and a pragmatic, positive approach to change.
