I’m an experienced enterprise-level agile coach and trainer with over 12 000 hours of professional coaching of leaders and teams at all levels, and over 1 800 training hours.
My job is to help organisations change their culture and ways of working to something that is more fit for their strategic goal. With the right leadership approach and change management tools, organisations can learn to change themselves in a structured and sustainable way. My goal is to make my clients self-sufficient, so that they can continue this work on their own.
Behind the scenes, I’m one of the authors behind the agile42 book “The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Agile Coaching” and am working on a doctoral thesis in organising for agility. I’ve also done volunteer work for the Scrum Alliance and Agile Finland non-profits for many years now. Off work, I like to jump on my gravel bike and head out on the nearest roads and trails. I’m also quite happy behind a good book, in front of a crisp stereo system, and all over a decent kitchen.
