Anders Højgaard Nielsen

I am an experienced scrum master, agile- and systemic coach and my passion is assisting teams and organisations succeeding with agile. My background as a software developer and extensive experience working with teams enables me to put my genuine interest to action, helping teams and organisations succeed with their agile goals. I have a pragmatic approach and focus on identifying and facilitating dialogues about impediments to find appropriate solutions to the real issues. I have worked agile since 2009 in all sizes of organisations and locations. I have worked with fully colocated as well as distributed and multinational teams across timezones. I have worked in companies such as EG Denmark, CSC Scandihealth, Teletronics (UAE), TDC, Nuuday, Grundfos and am always interested in a cup of coffee albeit it might be virtual.
