The SAFe® for Teams training course is a two-day course that teaches agile team members how to use the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) to work as a team to increase the overall business agility of their organisation.
The training will provide you with an understanding of a SAFe® team and its functions within an Agile Release Train (ART). You will also learn how to break down features into user stories, create continuous improvements, and about DevOps and continuous delivery.
This Scaled Agile Framework® certification class prepares you to take the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification.
