I believe many of the conflicts we experience (across teams, organizations, and societies) stem from our tendency to impose our views rather than seek to understand others’. My passion lies in helping people open up to different perspectives as a foundation for collective progress. In my professional life, I support organizations and their leaders in optimizing work processes by enabling people to observe systems as a whole, consider multiple perspectives, and improve them iteratively and incrementally. I integrate consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training to align strategy with execution, improving productivity, collaboration, and delivery times. I am an Organizational Development Consultant with 14 years of experience -mostly acquired during my residence in Berlin (until April 2025)- working in projects in over 22 countries across Asia, the Americas, and Europe. I specialize in leadership development and organizational transformation in culturally diverse environments. Certified CTC, ICAgile Instructor, and Flight Levels Pro. Currently based in Madrid.
