Facilitation techniques help you provide clarity and enablement
In our Agile Team Facilitation training the you will learn to be a great facilitator in an Agile context. You will learn how to plan, facilitate and follow up on workshops and events belonging to Agile frameworks – and how to provide neutrality and integrity while doing that.
What you get from the Agile Team Facilitation training
The course focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes.
We put a lot of effort into making sure the teaching is being related to the participants’ application of agile principles in their own organisation. We don’t put a lot of effort into making fancy PowerPoint decks. In fact we don’t use PowerPoint at all.
Defining purpose and outcome and designing the flow of a session
Facilitating collaborative conversations and
clarifying team decision authority
Group dynamics and relationships and facilitating collaborative conversations
Using meeting organising tools and Graphical Facilitation
Facilitating Retrospectives and various other Agile meetings
At the end of the training, participants receive the Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) credential.
14 PDUs from the PMI and 14 Scrum Education Units
We will provide you with a very nice workbook that gives you tools and insights long time after the training has ended.

Yes. You will be certified as ICAgile Agile Team Facilitator Professional upon completion of this training, and we of course will provide you with a very nice workbook that gives you tools and insights long time after the training has ended.
No. There is currently no exam required. Your active participation in the course is the only requirement.
