Organisations today need capabilities to continually adapt, learn and improve in order to stay relevant and achieve better business results. Regardless of role, this requires modern skills and ways of thinking that embrace complexity, use short learning cycles and support the ability to change rapidly.
I work with organisations, teams and individuals to help them build those capabilities, learn how to change, become truly agile and therefore fit-for-future.
My approach is empirical and context-driven. I focus on clarity of business goals, understanding the current reality, raising transparency and generating options to move in the right direction while continuously using fast cycles of feedback, learning, inspection and adaptation.
Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked with 15+ organisations, 50+ teams and 100+ individuals across industries including IT, banking, telecom, pharma, marketing and HR. During that time, I gained extensive experience supporting Agile transformations and scaling through different approaches. I’ve also delivered 100+ trainings and workshops to more than 1,000 professionals, helping them understand what agility truly means and what it takes to make it work in practice.
My background combines years of hands-on experience working in Agile teams and helping others through coaching, facilitation, training and consulting work. I work at different levels — from organisational improvement and leadership support to team development, Agile roles, product and delivery practices and hands-on support when needed.
I’m the founder of 3F Agile Consulting, part of the Better Change collective of change agents and coaches, a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) and an active member of the Agile community.
